MCLOS Manual command to line of sight

MCLOS (Manual Command to Line of Sight) was an early missile guidance system used during and after World War II. The operator manually steered the missile toward the target by observing its flight and sending control signals, typically via wire or radio. This system required significant skill and concentration, limiting accuracy and effectiveness. Though not widely used in WWII, MCLOS laid the groundwork for more advanced SACLOS and fire-and-forget systems.
