This sea target battery (Germ. Seezielbatterie) lies in the dunes just North of the Dutch city of Scheveningen. It consists of one Regelbau S414 Feuerleitung (Eng. Fire control), four Regelbau 671SK gun bunkers, three open gun emplacements (FlaK), with two gun spositions point inland.

The main guns placed inside the R 671SK were 15cm SK C/28 guns. The “SK” in the Regelbau 671SK are Sonderkonstruktion, adjusted gun batteries to house the larger 15cm guns. Originally the Regelabu 6711 was built for 10,5cm guns.
The bunker group was part of Stützpunktgruppe Scheveningen or Stp.Gr. Scheveningen. It was referred to as BP 210 Stp XXXX M and was controlled by the German Kriegsmarine. Around 200 men were active during the war at this location.
