
This War Memorial commemorates 146 civilians of Texel that fell during World War Two (1940 – 1945) on Texel. It is located in the town of Den Burg on the Island of Texel, the Netherlands.
Many of these civilians fell near the end of the war during what is now know as “The Georgian revolt on Texel“.
