In 1995 Bill Woodrow turned bunkers from the Atlantic wall on the Danish beach into these Woodrow Mules. Originally they belonged to the 1. (first) Stellung Blavand and are F-Stands type bunkers. German MG-Flankenstand or Flanking Machine gun positions. There are 8 F-Stand bunkers on the beach together with some Tobruk bunkers.
Visit
Just walk up to the beach and you see the bunkers immediately. Unfortunately we could not go exploring the dunes and beach due to Danish Army training, the beach and dunes were partly sealed off that day but the Bunkers Mules are free to visit.
