
The Canadian War Cemetery in Bergen op Zoom contains 1,118 Commonwealth graves of fallen sailors, soldiers and airmen of World War Two. 31 burials are unidentified. The cemetery lies right next to the British Commonwealth War Cemetery. Many of the men buried here fell during the Battle of Walcheren part during Operation Infatuate, at the start of November 1944.
