The Mack NO-2 was only built in 1943, 403 units were produced that year. It differs from the NO-1 version with a canvas roof on the cabin instead of a metal one on the first version and the No-2 had a winch behind the bumper instead of above it. Only one truck was ever built of the Mack NO-1.
There were No-3 and NO-6 as well wich marginaly differed from the NO-2 version. The last in line was the NO-7, these were after war produced trucks.
The Mack NO-2, 7,5 Ton 6×6 Truck towed artillery pieces like the 155 mm howitzer, the 8 inch Howitzer, the 8 inch Gun and the 240 mm Howitzer.
It had a large driver cabin that could seat five soldiers and had an rear cargo area.
